26 Sep 6 Basic Steps to Register your Business in Security and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is an agency of the Philippine Government responsible for regulating the tradable financial asset industry and maintaining the list of companies, their information and accounts in the Philippines.
On November 24, 2017, SEC launched the Company Registration System (CRS), an enhanced online registration system built to replace the use of the older version, SEC iRegister. The new CRS is faster and easier to use, fully automated, and very convenient.
